The application also enables dynamic discounting for Spas and Salons which leads to incremental sales and provides analytics for better client engagement.  Booklook website provides a one-stop platform to search, discover, rate, review and book Spa and salon appointments for users.  Leadership and Advisory Team consist of IIT/IIM/CEIBS/IESE/BOCCONI alum  Position : Entrepreneur in Residence / Strategy Lead  Location : Delhi/NCR / Mumbai / Bangalore  Role :   - Formulate the Goto Market strategy, develop and implement roadmap for the market and the product.  - Own complete execution of the strategy and meet the metrics  - Establishes revenue objectives and maintain sales volumes   - Partner with other stakeholders to drive key result areas   Key features/ requirements:   - Graduates/ Post Graduates from Tier 1 institutions from India/ abroad eg IIT's/ / IIM's/ ISB with 2-7 years of experience in Start up / FMCG/ Consulting  - Experience in Sales and Strategy in Beauty, Health, Wellness, FMCG is a plus   - Analytical, Innovative, Creative and a problem solver  - Deep understanding of business problems and ability to solve complex issues  - Ability to set up a team and lead the team.   Comp:  - Salary + ESOP  - Part of the core leadership team
