Bombay Dyeing - Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Retail (8-14 yrs)
Responsibilities:
The key purpose of this position is to provide high quality recruitment services to Bombay Dyeing hiring managers for both vacant and potential hires.
This position will be required to recommend appropriate sourcing strategy to the hiring managers which is cost effective and minimizes the reliance on search firms.
Ongoing communication with all the hiring managers for proactive and consultative stakeholder management.
Influencing and negotiation to hire the best talent both in the internal and external market and present strong options to hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines that meets our requirements.
Research oriented mindset with good understanding of local and regional markets and sourcing strategies that might be applicable
Provide a high level of candidate care by ensuring frequent communication to all candidates for both current and potential opportunities.
Actively promote the Bombay Dyeing brand through integrity and professionalism in all your interactions with hiring managers, candidates and suppliers.
Comply with internal recruitment systems & procedures.
