Your ideas are our fuel.  Role Summary/Purpose:   - Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for Staffing & Recruiting for all Existing/New Projects in India.   Understand the needs of clients and its hiring profiles to enable effective external sourcing.  Passionate about Niche/Critical hiring, Talent Research/Mapping, Understand the Project and Manufacturing business cycles.   Essential Responsibilities:   - Leveraging talent acquisition expertise and partnering with BT businesses.   - Establish and implement the talent acquisition vision for the Staffing function.   - Develop, drive and execute comprehensive search strategies designed to recruit senior and niche candidates within limited candidate pools. (i.e. competitive research, industry profile development, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)   - Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to define appropriate specifications for approved immediate and future internal and external positions   - Responsible for implementing external recruiting processes such as talent acquisition, recruiting resources, compliance, utilizing Taleo recruiting tools, and on-boarding within BT India   - Drive key talent initiatives designed to increase ability to attract talent, which includes managing many key vendor relationships   - Expand the recruiting marketing, branding and communication strategy including innovative social media programs   - Develop and manage process metrics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness   Qualifications/Requirements:   Basic Qualifications:   - Master’s Degree and at a minimum of 8+ years of direct recruitment experience, preferably from MNC engineering/Manufacturing companies.   - Minimum 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition lead   I'm open for an exploratory chat with interested candidates at 8373901274.
