- The incumbent will predominantly work on recruitment which will involve end to end hiring responsibility from Interns to Assistant Manager level across various service lines   - Assisting supervisors in closing senior level positions  - Handling campus recruitment  - Handling new joiner induction and exit formalities. Conducting exit interviews  - End to End responsibility of organizing a day long induction programme for new joiners joined in across offices of BMR every month.   - Handling all ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) formalities and compliance related activities for interns and paid assistants  - Handling the backend process of performance management which includes the entire execution, tracking and troubleshoot responsibility   - Supporting seniors in preparing various presentations (like HR report/Attrition Analysis) as and when required  - Mitigating employee grievances & queries on time  - Developing a good network with the employees and Partner
