Responsibilities and Accountability :
- Driving the brand marketing function and overall brand & communication strategy
- Developing and implementing marketing programs to deliver the topline sales value and overall gross margin
- Providing strategic direction to offline & social media initiatives
- Driving repeat sales and customer advocacy
- Driving growth in organic traffic via online content marketing
