Candidate should be able to head the franchisee development effort for this organisation. The company is a jewellery brand currently selling online and through their own stores. They are in process of setting up a network of franchisee stores and are looking for a suitable candidate to spearhead the effort.  The role would involve  1. Prospecting, On boarding & Expansion of Franchisee's Pan India.  2. Business and Market Development pan-India  3. Delivering annual revenue targets across stores   4. Business planning and Sales forecasting  5. Create and Lead the team of Regional Manager, Territory Manager's.  6. Monitor performance of partner for increase in revenue base. 	 Desired skills and experience  1. Should have strong industry connect and established network.  2. Should have excellent communication and convincing skills.  3. At least 3 years of experience in working on the similar profile in jewellery/watch industry
