Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters - Operations Lead (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for an individual to lead our operations in Mumbai.
The primary responsibilities will be:
- Assist with and manage the end-to-end operational aspects of the Mumbai roastery
- Develop and oversee all operational aspects related to the delivery of brewed coffee
- Train, manage and grow the operations team
- Identify, implement and track operational metrics
- Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks and areas for improvement and suggest and implement new procedures
- Assist management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the operations.
Preferred Candidate will have:
- BTech/MBA degree from a reputed university
- 1-3 years (preferably in Operations Management)
- Proven ability to lead and manage people
- Must be data-driven, with sound analytical thinking and ability to demonstrate initiative
- Must have ability to multi-task and write well
- Ability to speak Marathi a big plus
