Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters - Digital Marketing Lead (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for an analytics-driven individual to lead our marketing efforts to increase engagement with our brand both online and offline and ultimately drive sales.
The role will entail:
Digital Marketing (65%)
- Aid the founding team in creating the brands digital strategy
- Create, test and execute campaigns to add new users, increase engagement and drive conversions using Hubspot
- Gather and analyze customer data to inform advertising spends and channel allocations
- Create and deploy testing infrastructure to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns across channels
- Identify online channels to engage wholesale customers
Content Management (20%)
- Aid in developing campaign & channel specific content strategy
- Support content creation through developing content schedules and managing the creation of blog, print, video and other multimedia
-Occasionally contribute content
Offline Marketing (10%)
- Develop relevant pitches and collaterals to assist in sales
Required experience
- 2 - 5 years in a similar role for a consumer goods e-commerce company or agency
- Hubspot experience required
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics (ability to set up code a big plus!)
- Experience in writing copy for digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, web pages, landing pages, SEO and SEM
- A clear understanding of channel strategy, and the appropriateness of each channel
- Experience in developing and executing digital campaigns from strategy to final user touchpoints
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- A general interest in coffee
- A start up mindset and willingness to pitch in to help with other areas as needed
