Practice Partner - People Consulting (West India)
Seeking Mid to Senior level Practice Partners in People/HR Consulting for an Ivy League Founder Partner driven Leadership Consulting & Coaching organization. Practice Partner - People Consulting will direct the business growth, renewal activities of the organization & drive new sales business for the company.
Role & Responsibilities
- Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business & setting targets for new business development.
- Implementing new business initiatives across the organization.
- Working closely with Founders to generate new business within large accounts.
- Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes & setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's products & services.
- Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.
- Forming strategic partnerships with large industry bodies & other companies to leverage existing networks.
- Drive increased revenue & profit to achieve the Company's ambitious growth.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery.
Requisite skills & experience
- Learning agility, unconventional thinking & fiery spirit.
- Humility to learn, consultative relationship selling skills, previous experience in managing Learning & Leadership Consulting relationships.
- Ability to manage delicate balance of assertiveness with kindness & dogged results orientation.
- Proven track record of generating new business & achieving revenue growth.
- Self-starter abilities, capability to work with minimal supervision & natural leader.
- Ambitious & target focused with a drive to succeed.
- Experience in working with Leadership to align sales strategies & solutions.
- Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment in the Learning & Consulting industry.
- Excellent negotiation skills, influencing skills, maturity, executive presence & proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Networking abilities & history of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Open to professionals with 6-20 yrs experience
Compensation will be on a Revenue Sharing model. Candidates should be based out of West India.
