BlackSoil - Analyst/Associate - Risk - CA

Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA

The candidate will be involved in also managing and overlooking day-to-day operations of banking, accounting, compliance and statutory requirements of the group companies such NBFC, Fund and Advisory businesses

Job responsibilities:

- Background checks & Credit risk checks of borrower such as CIBIL, credit worthiness

- Review legal documents & Conduct analysis to assess risk / compliance for every transaction;

- Ensure all statutory compliance pre & post transaction are complied with

- Overlook satisfactory confirmation of conditions precedent & subsequent to a transaction are complied with

- Present ideas via reports and presentations, outlining findings and making recommendations for improvements in overall risk framework to top management;

- Ensure timely receipt of principal & interest payments from borrowers along with management of treasury funds lying in liquid investments such as Mutual funds

- Deal with statutory and internal auditors on a regular basis

- Liaison with banks for credit lines/various loan instruments

- Overlook the fund raise processes such as NCD issue, rights issue etc.

Job requisites:

- Certified Chartered Accountant

- The candidate should have 0-3 years (Risk Analyst) or 3-6 years (Risk Associate) of work experience

- Should have prior experience preferably in Banking, risk department, credit rating agencies, wholesale banking or credit

- Internal/statutory audit experience would be an added advantage
