The cluster team of recruiters will focus on the specific BU requirements.  Critical for success: If you have super communication skills (Hearing the unsaid, Speaking to influence & Impression management), Good networking personality and some experience in hiring for skills: RTL, Verification, PD, DFT, STA, AMS, Embedded SW,PSV  Responsibilities :   - Responsible for full cycle recruiting process whilst meeting aggressive timelines   - Interviewing plan for each open position   - Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting   - Willing to acquire different recruiting methods and ready to accept new challenges with a positive attitude  - Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse group of candidates  - Responsible for preparation of offer letters  - Leveraging fully alternative hiring sources like LinkedIn, naukri and other job boards and portals to source  - Act as point of first contact with the candidate - to be able to sell the opportunities to candidates  - Build talent pipelines for businesses to achieve hiring targets   - Effectively manage recruitment systems and use of recruitment applications   - Compliance with recruitment guidelines and adherence to approval processes   - Generate and maintain timely reports to facilitate effective business decision making   Qualifications :   - Knowledge of Recruitment tool is preferred  - MBA or similar in HR or a related field   - Prior experience on sourcing of VLSI job profiles through naukri, LinkedIn is mandatory   - Super communication skills and networking personality  - Level-2 mapping of our behavioural competency framework CELL (Customer centricity, Effective communication, Leadership and Learnability)  Salary offered: 9 - 15 LPA
