Position: Team Leader/SDM/DGM/GM : Black Belt - Six Sigma

Organisation: Fortune 500 IT Consulting Firm

Position: Team Leader/SDM/DGM/GM

Location:

 - Bangalore: Exposure to Banking and Financial Services segment is mandatory

 - Chennai: Exposure to Healthcare/ Telecom/ Retail/ Manufacturing & Logistics/  Insurance segments will be preferred

 - Hyderabad: Exposure to Healthcare/ Telecom/ Retail/ Manufacturing & Logistics/  Insurance segments will be preferred

Experience:

 - 4+ years with at least 2+ years experience in a BB role for the TM role, 4+ years experience in a BB/MBB role for SDM and 4+ years experience in a MBB role for DGM

 - Must have experience of leading large improvement projects/programmers

 - Onshore consulting experience would be an advantage

Skill Set

 - Thorough knowledge of Quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, etc

 - Excellent client management skills

 - Ability to interact and work with a cross functional geographically dispersed team (onshore and offshore).

 - Ability to handle change, drive and manage change

 - Strong project management skills and mentoring ability

 - Excellent analytical skills

 - Ability to build a process improvement culture, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in achieving the desired outcome

Qualifications:

 - Minimum of 10+2+3 / 4 year education pattern with no standing arrears

 - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

 - Essential: Six Sigma/Lean trained at a Black Belt or equivalent level

 - Desired: Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification at  SDM/ DGM level, Black Belt Trained for TM Level
