Designation:- Deputy Manager/Manager

 - Drive Green Belt /Black Belts

 - Monitoring Reengineering leads/projects progress

 - Monitoring metrics - Customer CTQ's

 - Documentation of Quality Systems

 - Ensure Six Sigma & Lean Rigor in function and conduct training.

 - Drive Implementation of Six Sigma, Lean and Kaizen Initiatives in the Organization

 - Maintain the MIS for the Quality function

 - Analyze and provide support to operations for Improvement of processes

Essential;- Green Belt Certified, Black Belt Trained

Preferable : Black Belt Certified

Industry: BPO/BFSI/Financial Services

Experience:- 2+ years MBA (Premier B Schools)  , 5 + years Graduation/ MBA (other colleges)
