Black Belt - Lean/Six Sigma - F&A/Banking/Insurance Sector (5-25 yrs)
The role would involve the following:
- Deliver Improvement Projects through Six Sigma / LEAN / Re-engineering. Mentor improvement projects
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt LEAN Certification
- Good exposure in F&A/Banking sector Operations and must have driven/mentored Six Sigma Projects in the above two sectors
- Drive/Passion to improvement projects single handily
- Good command on Change Management Concepts & its practical applications
- Graduate in Commerce (Banking / insurance) Post Graduation in Finance/CA/ICWA
- Preferred 8 plus years of Overall experience 3 to 4 years experience in driving Process Improvements through Six Sigma / LEAN Methodologies
