Lead the effort of designing & scaling supply chain fulfilment processes with focus on elements critical for building effective B2B end to end logistics operations.  2. Build strong capabilities across multiple transport modes to develop the most efficient and economical transportation.  3. Lead supply chain improvement initiatives at all levels to drive customer delight and improve their loyalty.  4. Build tracking mechanism for automatic tracking of small to large shipments.  5. Develop strong association with 3rd party logistics and fulfillment centre service providers to build and grow PAN India logistics coverage.  6. Partner with product team to design & build scalable technology tools, measures & dashboards.  7. Define SLAs and metrics across the supply chain functions and strive to beat the goals and targets.  8. Ensure smooth operations of warehouse and fulfillment center; streamlining process for material movement maintaining maximum space utilization.  9. Build & lead a strong, high performing team of dynamic professionals by providing coaching & mentorship.  10. Leverage analytics to extract insights from data using latest internal & external data and communicate appropriate triggers & actions to team.  Candidate Profile:  1. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations.  2. Hands on individual with sound understanding of eCommerce supply chain process and networks.  3. Analytical & data driven mindset to solve problems.  4.
