Looking for Assistant Manager Learning and Development (L&D) for a Corporate L&D role in a Financial Services organisation based in Mumbai.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Interact with stakeholders across functions to identify training needs for the business.  - Prepare and manage Learning Paths for various roles in the business.  - Manage the nomination process for training programs.  - Partner in content management and development process for select programs.  - Maintain a database of training history, trainers & programs.  - Manage and maintain Training MIS for employees in the organisation.  Experience required: 3 - 5 years experience in L&D would be an advantage.  Education: Post Graduation in HR/Psychology  Work Location: Mumbai.
