Birlasoft - DGM - Finance - CA (10-13 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of accounting transitions related to AP, Tax, audit etc.
- Assist in finalization of Accounts, Statutory and Tax Audits, Financial Accounting for India GAAP, US GAAP.
- Financial Accounting including General Ledger Accounting (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP/P2P), Accounts Receivable including Revenue Accounting (AR/C2C), Fixed Assets Accounting, Branch Accounting, Project Accounting.
- Taxation including Income Tax (Corporate Tax, Deferred Tax, Payroll tax, Withholding taxes, WCT, Professional Tax related matters, Service Tax.
- Budgeting, Annual Operating Plans and review and prepare monthly reports
- Development of MIS Systems and Procedures. Reporting based on Indian as well as US GAAP.
- Independent handling of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Intercompany transactions.
- Coordination with offices spread over various location in India and abroad
Educational Qualification & experience required:
- Solid prior F&A experience in a structured environment, preferably in an IT Services firm.
- Good people's person with excellent softer qualities.
- Chartered Accountant
