With its monkey mascot, Bira 91 has gone viral amongst millennials and has quickly become their beer of choice..  Primary Responsibilities :  - Entire plant administration  - Production planning, managing and improving all aspects of the operation of Beer manufacturing.   - Ensuring quality control of Finished Goods  - Look after the commercial activities  - Inventory management & Accounts administration   - Plant Maintenance & Engineering Projects. Responsibility for necessary repairs & maintenance programs and planning & management of capex projects.  - Continuous improvement in management systems Identify improved methods for all systems employed in the distilleries in the fields of production, quality, purchasing, security, IT, etc.  - Manage and motivate staff, recruit, train and develop staff, according to company policies  Candidate Profile : Candidate must have minimum 10 years of experience in Liquor industry
