- Ability to handle complex statistical analysis
- Ability to work independently with least/no supervision & work effectively in a team environment.
- Solid understanding and knowledge of related areas like Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, Medical Writing, Regulatory Affairs
- Experience in leading a team
- Ability to assess performance and provide feedback
