Position title : Manager - Projects (Engineering Greenfield)

Location : Hyderabad/Secunderabad

Academic Background and Experience: DME or BE (Mechanical) with minimum 10 years of experience.

Purpose: To support Green field projects.

Job responsibilities:

- Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Major Maintenance.

- Preparation of Monthly reports (Power & Water consumption, Highlights and Lowlights, Safety Incidents & Observations, Quality Incidents & Observations, Machine Breakdown reports) and planning the mitigation plans and execution to improve productivity as well as machine life.

- Coordinating installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications

- Adopt in allocating equipment, managing breakdown, scheduling and planning of maintenance

- Skilled in process of equipments, making proposal and preparing man hour estimation

- Experienced in looking after projects and achieving milestones while ensuring projects complied with all cost & scope specifications

- Proficient in selecting equipment/instrument, troubleshooting of CAM related, pneumatic valves and servo related equipments, process improvement, automation, OEE improvement and Installation & commissioning of equipment's like filling lines, autoclave, inspection machine and packing machine.

- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.

- Being responsible for the vendor team managing mechanical maintenance, including their selection, performance and delivery.

- Able to work well with all levels of management and staffs, external service providers and authorities.

- Experience in Formulation/API.

This position will be supporting production and should be willing to work in shifts (i.e. A Shift, B Shift and C Shift)
