BE has state of the art manufacturing sites in India (Hyderabad and Dehradun).

Role Description: Fermentation R&D Projects, lead a small team work for successfully meeting near and long term project/ department deliverable

Job Title: AGM/Sr. Manager or as appropriate to the experience

Department: R&D

Location: Shameerpet, Genome Valley, Hyderabad

Reports to : Sr. Vice President - R&D

Responsibilities:

- Develop fermentation and downstream processes using engineering principles

- Focus efforts on process optimizations, yield improvements and relate to product recovery,

- Support all products in R&D pipeline using DOE wherever possible

- Drive process engineering into all aspects of products development, leading to robust process development

- Interface with people from within R&D and other departments

- Experience with modelling the studies and statistical analysis

- Experience in industry with Biologicals, Vaccines, rec Microbes, or Industrial Microbiology with several years of process optimization focus

- Excellent communication skills, ability to convince people, represent department in the best interest of the project.
