Opening for Senior Role in Contact Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

- Manage the CMO function and its objectives that are aligned to overall growth of the organisation

- Manage production schedules based on demand; monitor schedule adherence, communicate risks to project teams on a timely basis

- Manage complex contracts from CMO perspective and oversee establishment of suitable agreements, and provide effective operations management

- Responsible for continuous evaluation of vendor performance for cGMP compliance, product quality, success rates, yield, delivery, and customer service

Operational Responsibilities of the role :

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for CMO team across company & BUs

- Provide direction and leadership for all tech transfer Execution in India and out of India for the designated/approved sites

- Track, monitor and drive adherence to company and CMO contractual commitments, obligations, and processes.

- Continue to develop the Value/Product stream for CMO organization in India to deliver world class service and best in class costs

- Coordinate with BU Heads, and all internal & external stake holders

- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships; including communicating objectives, monitoring vendor performance, and resolving business issues

Managerial Responsibilities of the role :

- Provide managerial support to reportees with overall responsibility of leading, training, and mentoring for effective performance (inclusive of all Supervising Managers).

Education and Experience Requirements of the role :

- The role requires relevant work experience of 15 to 20 years

- Candidate can be a Graduate or Post Graduate
