Biocon - Senior Manager - Taxation (7-10 yrs)
- Handling Tax litigation and ensuring timely compliance of all tax requirements. Resolving all tax issues as and when it comes up.
- Ensuring statutory compliance relating to Direct Tax (i.e. preparation of Income Tax, e-TDS Returns, International taxation, advance tax payments, Conducting tax due diligence of various assignments and tax records.
- Preparation of pre-budget and post-budget representation
- Responsible for Income tax assessment \ appeal proceedings and attending tax proceedings.
- Collaborate with other group company's representatives and functions.
- Handling Tax Filing for the Organization
- Preparation of Quarterly Tax Provisioning
- Responsible for Annual Tax Planning
- Conducting periodic Tax audits
- Handling Advance tax computation
- Knowledge TDS and E filing
- BIG 4 - Experience Preferable
