Purpose :
- To provide strategic insight and vision to the business
- To create and develop customized promotional inputs that can be used by field force
- Maintain and preserve top line and bottom line for the department
- Conduct regular, high value programs to provide sales team with a platform to engage and interact with top KOLs
- To enhance sales force technical and scientific knowledge on products and therapeutic area.
Strategy :
- Market strategy planning and execution
Input Designing :
- Designing, sending to sales people and followed by teleconferences with sales team
- KOL Management & Development :- Effective KOL management and creating KOL networks
- Marketing Communication :- Brand Plans, Product Positioning Strategy, Clinical Inputs, Campaigns, etc
- Training : Cycle Meetings, Zonal meets
- Analysis : Analyzing the future trends in Market
Education :
- B.pharma/B.Sc. (science)
- M. Pharma with MBA
- Relevant experience in life sciences or related industry
Experience :
- Shoud have worked as a Brand Exec followed with as a Product / Brand Manager. An initial experience with Sales will be an additional bonus, preferably 6-7 years cardio-diabetic domain experience.
