Biocon - Deputy Manager - Finance - CA

Role/Job Description:

- Responsibility to close BRL legal entity books on monthly / quarterly / annual basis.

- Responsibility for R&D PL across all entities, including detailed review of project code wise expenses.

- Preparation of month invoice to Co-Development partner for cost recharge.

- Review of accruals, preparation of balance sheet for BRL

- Support in preparation of consolidated balance sheet, PL on a monthly / quarterly basis.

- Work with business and support functions to support vendor reconciliations, managing escalations, timely payments as per due dates.

- Establish contact / build relationship with key stakeholders.

- Independently handling auditors for closure of year end audit

Technical I Functional Skills

- Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience

- Preferred experience of Pharma I Manufacturing I Big 4

- Expert knowledge on GL & AP module

- Knowledge of working in an ERP environment (Preferably SAP)

- Strong technical knowledge of Indian GAAP / IFRS.
