Biocon - Demand & Supply Planning Role - Biotechnology/Pharma

Job Purpose:

Demonstrate expertise in projects related to material/supply planning, supply-demand matching and inventory management. Responsible for developing and executing demand plan and inventory plans that will enable to meet delivery objectives and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain a master schedule that supports business demand, forecast and safety stocks

- Analyze demand requirements to identify production and supply bottlenecks and recommend actions for resolution.

- Directs production planning to ensure on time availability of products to fill customer orders and on time shipments

- Evaluates and recommends actions to improve on time delivery performance to the customer

- Prepare, report, and communicate demand and inventory measurements to management

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

- Good analytical and problem solving skills, internal coordination & operational skills

- Excellent hands on with Excel, Powerpoint

- Good understanding of internal operations, market demands, industry insights
