Industry : Pharma only  Business finance Job Description :  - We are looking for a CA with 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in a business finance role in a pharmaceutical company with sizeable presence in India.   - The candidate should have an experience in managing the financial planning and analysis function for the business,an in-depth knowledge of Indian GAAPs and a good understanding of practical aspects of financial processes and controls.   - The candidate should have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of working in an ERP environment (Preferably SAP) will be an added advantage.  Key responsibilities of the Role :  Financial Planning & Analysis :  - Preparation of annual operating plans   - Preparation of monthly business performance review  - Preparation of MIS to provide analysis oftopline, gross contribution and overall financial performance   - Analyse variances and provide inputs on budgetary deviations  - Tracking actual costs v/s Budget and ensuring spend control in line with budgets.  - Monitor Inventory and Accounts Receivables and maintain high quality working capital investment  - Assist in closure of SBU books on monthly / quarterly / annual basis and review of month end accruals, Income statement and trend analysis  Commercial decision making support :  - Working closely with business heads and provide decision making support for commercial decisions such as pricing, new product launches, alternative sourcing etc.  - Continuous interactions with business to ascertain potential business risks and possible mitigation measures
