The Retail & Office Supplies Stationery Division are two of our key businesses. The Office Supplies Stationery Business(OSSB) works towards building the necessary distribution network to reach out to domestic consumers as well as are into Modern Trade Outlets, Institutional & Corporate sales.

The award is given for excellence in product innovation and is based on a consumer survey of over 25,000 respondents, across India. The products are marketed across India through a well-established network for distribution through 350 distributors, reaching in excess of 40,000 retail outlets. OSSB's continuous transition to higher value-added products, its obsession with quality, backed by strong marketing and distribution network have helped develop a robust business with an outlook for further growth and scale.

Principal Accountability:

Recruitment for PAN India

- Timely closure of positions through consultants & portals

- Initial screening & telephonic interview

- Coordination for the interview

- Salary Negotiations & Grade fitments

- Joining formalities & orientations

- Employee Exit management (F&F)

- Sales Incentive payout

- Support in conceptualization of policy

- Calculation of Inc to be paid

- Training & Development

- Employee Engagement

- Performance appraisal process

a) Timely completion of the annual appraisal without an error

- HR Review presentations

- Monthly MIS & Attrition reports

- Coordination relating HR work with all the teams
