Bilbayt.com - Chief Technology Officer

We are recruiting a CTO for a newly established and well-funded technology company based in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). Our company will build advanced teams that are highly specialised in the latest e-commerce technologies and best practice (used by companies like Amazon, Etsy, Instacart, Ebay, Etc.). We will outsource full time scalable teams to established retailers and start-ups, offering them an advanced and high-end turnkey scalable e-commerce solution.

The role will require the CTO to:

- Set-up our legal entity and office in India

- Recruit the team

- Meet/present to/manage clients in the region (requires travel)

- Oversee and manage all teams

- Help design and refine the business model and approach

Background:

- Highly fluent with the latest technologies and frameworks employed by global players (mentioned above)

- Computer engineering degree from a top institution

- MBA/consulting background is a plus

Compensation:

- Highly Competitive package to be discussed in person

- Share of profitability

- Bonus in the form of cash, shares, or both
