BikeDekho.com - Area Service Manager

Responsibilities :

- ASMs at BikeDekho are responsible for driving the business for entire set of technology solutions and business lines by building and leading teams in specified zones.

- Design processes to manage operations efficiently. Manage people to ensure daily follow up on activities assigned to Sales Executives.

- Create the annual operating plan and service action plan for the region.

- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive business across all product solutions.

- Develop and maintain the BikeDekho partnership network with key stakeholders in the city - especially dealer principals and internal teams.

- Take decisions for regional dealers to provide customized solutions.

- Assess customer needs and manage customized solutions across multiple products.

- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans.

- Drive strategically the launch of new products within your region.

Desired Characteristics :

- Should be a self-starter and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated excellent analytical ability.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Ability to influence others without formal authority.

- Prior operations/eCommerce experience is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment of a high growth startup.

Salary range : 6 - 10 LPA
