As a Senior Manager or Director, Marketing, you will be responsible for Marketing activities for Endurance's end customer businesses in India namely BigRock, Hostgator & Bluehost. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an action packed role with an established player in the consumer web industry. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing spanning everything from high-performance digital campaigns for customer acquisition to the creation of high-quality brand marketing campaigns across Television (and everything in between). In this role you will report to the Managing Director of Asia Pacific at Endurance.
Responsibilities:
You will be an integral part of the Endurance India management team and will provide strategic insights to the business
You will manage large multi- million dollar marketing budgets across Traditional and Digital media and will be responsible for driving brand strategy for Endurance's end customer brands
You will lead a team of associates and managers across disciplines such as SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, PR, Events , Brand Marketing and Affiliate Marketing
You will define KPIs for your teams and work closely towards executing large scale marketing campaigns
You will be responsible for conceptualizing & running digital marketing strategies to acquire customers in the most cost effective manner
You will continuously balance CPA, LTV, and ROI targets across various campaigns to deliver the most optimized outcomes
You will introduce best practices in the media plan across disciplines such as ad-exchange media buying, Google/Adroll/SKU-based remarketing, and other emerging trends in digital advertising
You will build and track conversion funnels for the websites using internally developed dashboards as well as 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely, and more.
You will build and execute content strategies for blogs, social media channels, video networks, newsletters, emails and other engagement channels
You will drive brand marketing across channels such as Television, Print, Radio , Events and more with the aim of ensuring that your brands are amongst the top 2 in their category
You will work closely with multiple external partners and agencies towards realizing Endurance India's marketing goals
You will be the voice of marketing for India at Endurance's Burlington HQ and will represent your brands in global marketing summits
You should apply for this role if
You have previously led a marketing function at an Internet company, or been in a senior role at a media company and have built and executed major campaigns from the ground up
You have an MBA from a top tier B-school and an engineering degree (preferred)
You have 10 years of experience and have honed your skills across marketing functions such as: search engine marketing, affiliate marketing, media planning & arbitrage, analytics/e-commerce funnel management, social media, television advertising, PR, online video, events and more
You understand web technologies in depth (Cookies, HTML, JavaScript, A/B testing, etc.)
You have previously managed large multi- functional teams and have a great ability to motivate and drive your colleagues
You have managed large multi-million dollar marketing budgets and have exhibited a keen knack to allocate marketing dollars effectively across channels
You hold active Google Adwords certifications (preferred)
You communication skills are exceptional (spoken & written)
You are highly numerate and believe in measuring and analyzing everything
You are very hands on (can execute and manage campaigns)
You are passionate about building a brand in the consumer web space
You are highly entrepreneurial and driven
You multi task exceptionally and can seamlessly move from a discussion around A/B testing to talking about brand attributes
