Bid Manager - BPO/ITES (7-15 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading provider of IT and BPO services
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Leads Pursuit Process for large, strategic and multiple tower deals including Opportunity Qualification, Solution Approval and Deal Approval
2. Project Management of all aspects of pursuit from kick-off through Bid Submission
3. Establishes & manages pursuit calendar with key review/ pursuit milestones
4. Formulates the pursuit team by reaching out to respective functions within the organization [Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, Practice, COE, Finance, Legal, RE etc]
5. Runs pursuit strategy along with pursuit team to establish WIN themes
6. Responsible for Creation, tracking and controlling proposal response document & documents required for review checkpoints
7. Provides vertical specific sales collateral and case study support
8. Responsible for delivering strategic and pursuit-related market insight for purposes of optimizing sales strategy and improving pursuit win rate.
9. Contributes to Marketing campaigns
Desired Candidature
1. Graduates with MBA, experience in ITES services with 6-8 years experience for Bid Managers and 8-12 years for Sr Bid Managers
2. Strong domain understanding & experience working with Banking & Capital Markets/Insurance/Enterprise
3. Must have experience in pre-sales in BPO operations. Experience in using standard market research tools viz., Hoovers, profile etc to bring intelligence for an ongoing opportunity
4. Demonstrated track record of successful Bid Management, of large strategic deals.
