Position Summary :

The Manager - Sales & Operations will be responsible for delivering a consistent, positive customer experience in multiple stores in order to deliver sustainable, profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Establish consistent store visit routines, and complete store visit checklist and Analysis

- Provide direction and set priorities for Store Managers; monitor progress in achieving BIBA initiatives, priorities and objectives during store visits.

- Support the implementations of company sales promotions, programs and policies, and cooperate with Marketing Department to adjust campaigns to the managed area

- Review stores financial components, analyzing KPI's (sales, traffic, etc) for trends, opportunities, and deficiencies and take steps as appropriate

- Ensure compliance from all Store Managers to all company sales policies, procedures and quality standards in customer service

- Make the store sales analysis in order to adapt the sales strategy and achieve the sales goals accordingly with the budget and profitability on store

- Identify and communicate sales tactics and strategic direction; acts upon best practices and effectively implements and execute sales strategy throughout designated area

- Manage and/or oversee the process of hiring and managing staff. Manage new stores openings, special events etc.

- Supervise staff development at the point of sale: appearance, rotation, product training, motivation, engagement with the company, etc.

- Provide Training activities in stores.

- % achievement of Overall Sales targets

- % achievement of recruitment plan

- % implementation of sales-force training plan

- % attrition in sales-force

- Adherence to operational/capex budgets

- Mystery shopping feedback scores
