We are urgent hiring for BI & Analytics role for our global client in Gurgaon.  Education, Skills & Experience:  - High Potential with minimum 3+ year’s data mining, analytics or Business Intelligence experience.  - Experience working in C2C/classifieds industry is a strong plus.  - Experience with web metrics and customer lifecycle funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Resurrection).  - Strategic thinking and detail orientation: ability to see the forest, and also diagnose a tree’s health.  - Comfort with ambiguity and frequent context-switching in a fast-paced environment.  - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. i.e., whether in PowerPoint or an elevator pitch, you need to translate complex concepts into layman’s terms and influence both peers and senior leadership. This position will work directly with senior leaders in the organization and will be tasked to communicate complex technical findings in an easily digestible manner  - Extensive Excel skills. Experience building statistical models and scenario planning is a strong plus.  - Experience with SQL, a major software engineering language, or any major statistical package (ie, SAS, R) is required.  - MBA or technical/quantitative master’s degree from a top-tier institution is required.
