Bharti SoftBank - Project Manager - Mobile Internet Startup (6-10 yrs)
Hiring a Project Manager for a mobile internet start-up.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a champion across the organization for the PMO and the adoption of project management tools, policies, processes and methodologies
- Developing a PMO governance structure for the entry, tracking, and reporting of all product development projects capturing Agile based statistics, risk, scope issues and be forward looking to improve inefficiencies
- Client Interaction and Stakeholder management
- Anchor the end to end process from estimation to deal closure and budget allocation
- Creating business models for identified opportunities
- Owning the RFP/RFI process
- Involved with resource planning, budgeting, change management/process improvement and ownership of ROI
- Creating dashboards and reporting mechanisms and track the deviations/
Desired Skills and Experience:
- PMO Implementation and Leadership
- Experience in Full lifecycle strategic program and project management
- Financial Management & Annual Planning - Deep appreciation for numbers (finance/modelling skills are essential). Exposure of estimation, budgeting, tracking and maximizing profits
- Business Operations and Analytics
- Strong business acumen
- Negotiation skills
- 6-8 yrs of experience in PMO/relevant profile
