Management Trainee - Human Resources  - Participates and administers the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and staffing levels, applicant evaluation, interview and selection process and related tasks  - Conducts new hire orientation to all newly hired employees  - Assist and participates in client group management meetings in areas of organizational development, employee training/communications and other special projects   - Be part of Employee Engagement activities  - Assists in conducting annual performance evaluation review and ensures retrieval of all documented performance reviews on time. Consolidates and summarizes the company-wide performance review results  - Assist in C&B data collection, submission and analysis as and when required  - Conducts exit interviews and prepares summary   - Advises managers and employees concerning compensation, benefits, employee services and training in accordance with policies, procedures and practices.  - Special HR Projects  Salary Offered : 12 LPA
