Job Purpose :

- The incumbent will be responsible for the compensation philosophy, framework and policies for the organization.

- The role will include leading the various projects under the C&B domain such as compensation benchmarking surveys, annual increment cycles, performance bonuses, sales incentives, rewards & recognition, etc.

Key Accountabilities :

Compensation Philosophy :

- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives.

- Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.

- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.

Annual Compensation Review Cycle :

- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and non-financial compensations.

- Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value.

- Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics.

Rewards & Recognition and Sales Incentives :

- Develop a comprehensive R&R framework in line with the organizations culture pillars & business objectives.

- Develop & deploy an effective Sales Incentive framework, keeping both short-term & long-term business objectives in mind.

- Ensure timely execution of all R&R programs.

Bench-marking & Market Intelligence :

- Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits

- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.

People Policy Framework :

- Develop a comprehensive policy framework covering all elements of an employee life-cycle in the organization.

- Ensure adherence to the published policy documents across the organization.

- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports.

Knowledge And Experience :

- Excellent people skills and strong decision making skills.

- Strong Customer Orientation and team leadership.

Skills :

- Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes.

Qualifications : MBA (preferred)
