Objectives :   To handle day to day activities of Purchases and Operations in Procurement function and support the initiatives of Department head.   Responsibility / KPIs :  Responsibility :  - Sourcing & planning, Procurement operations, Admin & Facility Operation, Real Estate, Contract lifecycle Management, Professional service, IT & IT services, Printing and document management, HR services, Supplier Performance management, Insurance Procurement, outsourcing etc.  KPIs :   - Procurement transformation and Evolution by driving operational efficiency and strategic Sourcing.   - Plan and execute the company KPI's and Strategies through sourcing and collaborative engagement with Stakeholders impacting Company bottom line.  - Coupled with Continuous improvement of processes with focus on quality and cost efficiency.  - Oversee Contract Management for deliverable including, Contract negotiation / finalization/management.  - Drive KPI of Procurement including compliance.   - Impart best practices in Procurement to the team as a learning process Take part in Cross Functional initiatives of Organization.  Skills & Experience required: 8-10 years experience in Procurement related to IT domain   Qualification : MBA with experience in IT hardware and Soft skills sourcing.
