The candidate will be managing HR ops and compliance for the largest telecom circle in India - Karnataka.   The position reports to the HR head of Karnataka circle  Key areas of work:  - On-boarding of employees along with documentation   - Handling employee queries   - Manage documentation relating to employment and immigration   - Compliance administration   - Benefits administration   - Custodian of policies and their implementation  - Tracking employee movement   - Provide payroll inputs   - Maintain reports and trackers   Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR. MBA in HR is a must for the role.
