BFSI Analytics Head

We currently have a BFSI Analytics Head position open with one of our Analytics Clients.

Responsibilities:

Delivery:

- Overall responsibility of all delivery projects for BFSI clients

- Account management & client governance for BFSI clients

- Team management, recruitment, training and career development for all analysts working in BFSI vertical

Solutioning:

- Create proposals for identified RFPs for existing clients and new pursuits

- Act as sector SME in new pursuits as required

- Create repeatable methodologies / solutions on existing clients that can be cross sold as well as used for sales pursuits

Business expansion:

- Work with leadership team to grow the BFSI vertical revenues according to company targets

Experience:

- 10-12 years of Analytics experience with focus on BFSI analytics.

- Masters in Any quantitative discipline (Statistics/Mathematics/Operations Research etc.) with strong quantitative skills

- Experience in Big Data domain preferably in BFSI domain

- Extensive experience solving Big Data, analytic problems using quantitative approaches and a proven passion for generating insights from data

- Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills

- Excellent business judgment and ability to recognize business implications of data.

- Strategic acumen and knows how to package data into insight
