Responsibilities -
- Expanding the dealer/distributor network in the region by exploring untapped markets.
- Leading a team of Area Managers and Sales Managers and being responsible for numbers.
- Preference to guy from only FMCG Industry and who has strong exposure of Sales, Marketing and Modern Trade processes.
- Formulate strategies for sales business plan, budget and execution.
- Knowledge on Supply chain strategies to deliver to the business model (Preferable).
- To understand and clearly break up the brand vision into smaller, execution able buckets of business plans and budgets.
- To understand competition, consumer, international fashion trends etc and modify business plans to suit current needs.
- Constantly look for new avenues to grow.
- Create business - Develop sales/business plans to make optimum use of the various channels without eroding brand equity.
- Analyze market trends and the growth of various channels for the brand and for competitors.
- Plan growth in various segments/ markets/ distribution channels.
- Analyze the optimum channel mix for best returns.
- Ensure sales targets are being met on a monthly basis.
- Continuously innovate and deliver supply chain strategies to deliver to the business model/sales models which can be widely adopted in market. And convince people to choose the same.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of post qualification experience in sales and distribution.
- Must have handled extensive distribution network across India.
- Must be thorough in sales operations, management and devices, effective channel strategy.
- MBA from a leading institute.
