We are looking for someone ready to serve as a strategic partner who brings best practices and demonstrated success in helping to grow an entrepreneurial organization.  Directly reporting to the Directors, following is the Job Description -  SERVE AS A TRUSTED LEADER :   Serve as a key advisor to the Directors and the Management Team while directing the organization's financial goals, objectives and budgets.  Financial and Operational Management :   - Manage cash flow and forecasting.  - Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, regulatory requirements, and budget audit requirements.  - To appraise top management on regular basis, the cash position  - Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate all audit activities.  COMPANY LIABILITIES :  - To understand all the liabilities of the company  - Legal contracts  - statutory and tax obligations  COMPANY PERFORMANCE :  - To understand the company's business model for generating customer values.  - To translate the operational metrics into measures for performance in terms of budget / cost sheet  - To communicate to the top management company's expected and actual financial performance under strict deadlines  DEPARTMENT SUPERVISION :  - To support the company's accounting and financial functions using job descriptions, policies and procedures.  - To train and educate subordinates in their respective functions  BUDGETING AND EXPENSE CONTROL :  - To oversee the budget process  - To break up the overall budget into departmental cost objectives to follow by managers  - To present in the monthly MIS, the budget via-a-vis actuals  FINANCIAL RELATIONSHIP :  - To maintain lines of communications with the Banks, the investment bankers, and Investor in conjunction with Director  - To administer banking arrangements and loan arrangements and maintain adequate sources of capital for the company's current borrowings from commercial banks and other lending institutions  - Exploring possible local financing options for present or future needs of working capital.  Please note :  - Only candidates who have completed CA finals would be considered  - The location is Bhiwandi (30 mins from Thane Station)  - We work 6 days a week working  - Please go through our website for more details: www.bewakoof.com
