Betaout is looking for an energetic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our fast growing team. Key Account Manager works with our strategic customers to help them meet their online marketing related goals by extensively using Betaout.

The KAM is responsible for helping the customer adopt Betaout with ease, training their team and helping them drive value. KAM will work closely with our customers and will be responsible for their satisfaction, retention, up-sell and renewals. Securing long-term business relationships with existing customers is one of the major functions of the Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

You will work with business leaders to understand their needs and map Betaout's solutions and best practices to their goals. At the same time, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure a successful transition from deployment through ongoing account management.

Increase customer satisfaction by digging deeper in their domain/business and challenges they are facing with respect to our product, sharing inputs to use product.

The ideal candidate is hands-on and results-oriented person with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Deliver a proactive customer contact strategy to drive renewals, product adoption, training, and revenue growth.

Act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner.

Requirements

1 - 5 years of experience in account management

Cross-functional experience working across teams like sales, product, business development and marketing

Ability to problem solve and resolve client issues

Inclination towards online marketing & e-Commerce

Understanding of software as a service

Organized and reliable: able to work independently with little direction when necessary

Candidate with Email marketing or digital marketing software experience will be given preference.
