Premier B school candidates apply only   Key responsibilities :  - Reviewing & managing the organization's remuneration structure and employee benefits to enable the HR head to balance cost controls while attracting and retaining best industry talent  - Finding and analysing remuneration structure and benefits offered by other employers in the industry;  - Conducting Periodic job evaluations for arriving at internal pay parity w.r.t. various jobs in the organization and to work towards effectively managing employees perception of the same  - Recommending changes in employee benefits e.g. medical insurance schemes and ensuring that employee benefits are competitive and aligned with statutory requirements  - Leading directors compensation and benefits and recommending market best practices  - Identifying issues w.r.t. compensation levels/ bands and offer recommendations for improvement  - Spearheading the yearend total increase exercise; providing strategic thoughts, formats to Business HR in line with Performance Management strategy  - Managing payroll and payroll vendor with the help of an assistant  - Developing systems to maintain and enhance employee records in line with growing company & statutory requirements  - Oversee other statutory compliances (assisted by an agency)  Performance Management :   - Anchoring the performance management process for DC, PC and R&D  - Managing goal setting, mid-year review and year end appraisal process and ensuring timely closure  - Anchoring the calibration and normalization process  - Managing sales incentive and Variable pay plan for the organization  - Annual Business Planning/Budgeting  - Developing Manpower Plans in line with ABP  - Detailed General Expense build up for all people related costs amounting to ~80% of the total annual general expenses  - Monthly Budget VS Actual tracking and control, taking initiatives for cost efficiencies  Required :   - 4-6 years of relevant HR experience, MBA from tier 1 institute  - Experience in working closely and influencing key decisions with senior management teams.  - Proven capability in delivering HR strategy, policy and plans in alignment with business needs  - Expertise in talent assessment and development  - Experience in leading a team  Reporting : HR Director
