Manager/Sr. Manager- Indirect Tax  Please read required qualifications carefully before applying  Detailed Responsibilities (non-inclusive) :  - Administration & Compliance of all Indirect tax processes and compliance, including VAT - Multiple States & Central Sales Tax, Excise Laws, Customs Act, Tax financials related certifications, and Service tax work, for proper tax filing and tax document retention in relation to the indirect tax compliance matters.   - Driving day to day compliance of Central Excise for plant operation along with monthly stock, Cenvat Reconciliation and Monthly Return filing.   - Ensure the optimization of Cenvat Credit in Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax. In case of Service Tax specifically compliance need to monitor regarding Reverse Charge Mechanism and Input Service Distributor.   - Having experience in handling several Excise Audit like - CERA, EA-2000 and Service tax Audit. Also should possess in handling VAT Audit & Assessment of multiple States & Union Territories.   GST Implementation : proactively engage in implementation of forthcoming GST regulation. Keep update and through about the latest development happing in GST roadmap.   - Hands on Experience in realization of Export Incentives including documentation and representation.   Implementation of SAP : CIN: Also need to be well equipped with SAP - CIN implementation.   - Extensive collaboration with the Sales, Commercial & Logistic teams.  - Assign task within the team with proper prior planning and ensure that the deliverables are as per set expectations and within the timelines provided.  Required Qualification :  Education : Chartered Accountant or Cost and Works Accountant/MBA-Finance with at least 2-4 years of experience in Indirect Tax Management & Compliance functions of a Manufacturing Organization or FMCG company.  - An excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and oral.  - Expert knowledge of Indirect Tax Compliance   - Working knowledge of direct tax   Working on SAP : FI module, excellent MS-Office skills (especially advanced knowledge of excel), Working knowledge of Udyog (Excise Compliance Software) preferable.  Languages : excellent command of spoken and written English
