The CoE (Centre of Excellence) Distributor Management is responsible for steering and managing the dataflow and the data quality from Distributors globally into our Distributor Reporting.  Key responsibilities:  - The Manager of the CoE is responsible for managing the CoE team located in Mumbai (currently 2 members)   - He is reporting to the Manager Global Distributor Excellence (line) and the Manager Business Reporting and Analytics (data quality - dotted line)   - The CoE is responsible for the data delivery process and it's quality as a whole  1. Lead the initial set up of data exchange between Distributors and Beiersdorf (definition of DDA = data delivery agreements)  2. Contact to Data Consolidators in regard of all operative topics  3. Monitor uploaded data (consistency)  4. Provide data quality reports to local business  5. Monitor data quality, data correction and follow up on deadlines  6. Define allowed attributes based on global / local input  7. Provide full transparency about the data delivery status across countries: Coverage / onboarding status, quality, errors or missing data  8. Input to constantly improve the process, documentation and training of local Data Coordinators and Distributors  9. Conduct cost saving analysis of existing local solutions in countries and provide recommendation for their continuation with timeline  10. Compliance: Coordinate the provision of information to corporate auditors for the internal audit  - In order to fulfill these tasks, the Manager CoE needs to manage the contacts to local business (- data coordinators- ) as well as to the regional and global teams in Sales and Sales Controlling  - The manager is participating in global and regional projects to improve the Distributor Management and Reporting  Qualifications  - MBA from Premier B school   - job experience in the area of Sales Controlling / Sales administration   - High affinity towards data analysis & a good understanding of IT systems   - Experience in working with external market data or distributor sell-out  - Experience in project management  - Good knowledge of certain methods (e.g. presentations techniques) and ability to communicate effectively  - Good understanding of numbers & strong analytical thinking as well as a structured and self-contained ways of working  - English fluent   - Very good MS Office knowledge (focus: Excel) and good BI User knowledge
