Main purpose of the role:  - The role is responsible for Demand Planning activities and Analytics & MIS reporting at Nivea India level. The role facilitates assisting Demand Planning Manager in S&OP discussions and periodic MIS reports and fulfills data requirements of internal and external customers.  - Co-ordinate with different stockholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chian) for pre S&OP discussion   Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive):  1) Co-ordinate with different Stakeholders (Channel Managers, Brand etc.) for pre-S&OP discussions and alignments.  2) Assist Demand Planning Manager on Data Analytics, S&OP discussions and APO-DP activities.  3) Prepare S&OP discussion Deck with updated Masters / Sales and S&OP plan and circulate with stakeholders. Generate Demand Planning templates (Input File/Con-calls/Reverse Split, S&OP Files) using various inputs of forecasts, promo allocations, sales history and opening stocks from various sources.  4) SAP APO-DP handling for forecasting purpose and Upload aligned forecast in APO. Ensure Hygiene maintenance of APO-DP.  5) Breaking down Distribution plan at depot / Area level.  6) Preparation of daily, monthly and periodic MIS reports and Strive towards improvement in deliverables of various MIS reporting  7) Interaction and co-ordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and accuracy of MIS generated  8) Ensure timely preparation of affiliate reporting requirements via Scale, FCA, Freshness report, etc  9) Fulfill data requirements of internal customers (sales / brands team) viz. Regional FCA(ASM/KAM), Leftover promo reports, Stock coverage reports etc.  10) Prepare back end MIS data required for Monthly Review Presentations.   11) Reconciliation of promo numbers in Input Files and allocation files.  Required Qualification:  - Education: PG Graduate degree from Tier II colleges  - 3-4 years experience in MIS/Analytics & Reporting. Exposure to Consumer or similar industry domain.  - PC Know-how: Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel), knowledge of SAP in terms of report downloads/transactions.   - Languages: Good command of spoken and written English.  Organization:  The position reports into the Demand Planning Manager.
