Role:   Identifying the Behavioural training needs across in co-ordination with the Organisation.   Design Training need Analysis and Training need identification form to identify and understand the training requirement.  Should be able to do a TNA Training Need Analysis with all the major stakeholders at HO and Regional Offices.   Convert the findings into a tangible training delivery format for content creation and delivery.  Analyzing the existing level of competencies of individual and developing training initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement.   Engage with all the levels of sales hierarchy to understand training requirements. Individual as well as for the team.  Maintaining overall training and development.  Help to Design & implement training for all level of employees across all the branches on pan India basis through approved training consultants in the company as well as have the skill set creating indigenous content (Basic Level) which can be further enhanced by said consultant.   Conducting induction and Compliance training to new employees on the online platform.   Create and manage a robust platform of online training and testing modules.   Liasion with online platform vendors to add and update the existing modules to be taken by the internal universe of the company.   Preparation of Monthly & Annually Training Calendar in consultation with all major stake holders in the company.   Help in Design & implement Behavioural and Interpersonal Training through a training consultant.  Design & implement the Training Assessment and Feedback Form.  Required skill set:   Candidates working in NBFC or BFSI (Bank/Insurance/Broking) will be preferred  Proven Record in content development and delivery of Behavioural Training   Must have worked to some extent on content creation and managing online training space  Willing to travel to deliver the training/evaluate the effectiveness of the training/for TTT  Must possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill to deal with complex situations  Must be able to manage and deliver in work under pressure  If this profile is of your interest, kindly send your updated CV along with CTC & notice period details
