Beamtele - Manager - Safety

We are looking for Manager - Safety for our Hyderabad location with the below credentials:

- Monitoring of SHE Contract conditions and requirements.

- Assist MR in Reviewing and approving the project specific SHE plan / Emergency action plan / Work Procedures.

- Develop and implement HSE plan for each project site.

- Organize, conduct and arrange appropriate training for site personnel.

- Advice site safety team in implementing and enforcing safety norms at site.

- Review accident record, recent accidents, danger occurrence and recommend corrective action.

- Preparation of Monthly safety statistics.

- Review safety action plan of each site in the Regional safety committee meetings and visit the individual sites for Inspections.

- Initiate actions in regards to the unsafe conditions and practices

- Regular Site Safety Inspections, Safety advisory reports and follow up with the project management for the rectification of unsafe acts/conditions in site.

- Facilitate the implementation of project HSE plan.

- Liaise/Communicate with Contractors/Subcontractors HSE team to ensure smooth and safe progress of the works.

- Organizing monthly safety committee meetings, emergency drills, incident investigation and inspections/audits as planned.

- Conducting induction and other awareness training for all levels of employees

- Submitting monthly/weekly safety statistics and performance reports.
