Overall in-charge for a branch with regard to financial performance, network operations, sales, complaint resolution, collections, project execution and customer relationship management

- Finalize annual operating plan and budget for the branch with corporate office.

- Monitor performance against approved budgets and submit monthly Financial MIS on branch operations to corporate office. (Annexure BM – 01)

- Assume overall responsibility for ensuring that the branch remains within or exceeds approved budgetary norms

- Ensure that targeted net-growth and revenue growth is achieved

- Responsible for expansion thru new network acquisitions

- Ensure Branch / Area POP and CPE infrastructure is strictly as per norms thru through periodic checks and operational audits.

- Ensure fiber and cat5e laying, is as per norms thru period checks and operational audits.

- Ensure Branch / Area office infrastructure and amenities are as per the standards (Annexure Office Standardization – HR01)

- Submit project proposals for expansion / up gradation of network as per business needs. (Annexure BM – 02)

- Ensure implementation of approved projects in a timely and cost-effective manner in coordination with Head – Operations

- Set sales targets for the branch as well as the individual sales staff

- Monitor and review sales performance and implement course correction measures where required.

- Submit periodic reports to management on market intelligence and sales performance versus forecast. (Annexure BM – 03)

- Plan and visit customers as per the approved norms and submit a report to management (Annexure BM- 04, Customer visit norm)

- Ensure timely resolution of technical complaints thru analysis and identification of root causes

- Monitor NMS thru SMS and mails and take timely action based on the updates

- Design and Implement processes for elimination of root causes of complaints to increase customer satisfaction.

- Monitor and review repeat complaint analyses. Define and ensure implementation of corrective measures.

- Ensure timely collection of subscription/ other dues and remittance of the same to corporate office as per laid down procedures.

- Design and implement customer Relationship management strategy with a view to increase customer retention

- Implement standard customer retention policy (annexure Retention policy 01)

- Assume administrative responsibility for branch staff in terms of goal setting and performance assessment.

- Overall responsible for process compliance at branch level.

- Responsible for overall administration of branch and maintenance of branch office covering discipline, basic amenities, cleanliness
